How We Help

The Lighted Path Foundation for Filipino Children provides

spiritual support and monetary grants to operational organizations

within the Philippines who provide:

Essential services to children such as food, shelter, hygiene, education, and job placement  assistance for parents and older children.

Assistance to children and their parents or families who have no permanent home or who struggle to maintain their home with the intent of helping them remain an intact, healthy family.

Providing care and counseling to women or girls who have been or are at risk of being abused or exploited to enable them to  achieve a fulfilling life. Sadly, many of the young women in this category who need help are not yet of an age to be considered an adult.

Last year was our first full year in operation with support provided to seven different locations in Quezon City, Zamboanga, and Cagayan de Oro City.  An estimated 350 children and 59 families were supported.
